Regina Gail Malloy is Founder and Executive Director of Loving Young Parents, Inc. in Baltimore, MD.

Once a pregnant teenager who endured years of sexual abuse, Regina Gail found healing and restoration by the power of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She later answered the call to serve pregnant and pregnant teens as the Director of Parent Life with Youth for Christ.

Regina Gail soon recognized the need for a faith-based organization that provided holistic support to young parents, and founded Loving Young Parents, Inc. in January of 2026. She firmly believes, “God’s Love has the power to transform the most broken, marginalized soul into a beautiful vessel of honor for His glory.”
